One interesting tidbit I left out of the last post was that I put my wallet in one of the leg pockets of the Army-issue aviator pants. Leave it to the Army to design a pocket that opens sideways, and thus increases the likelihood of stuff falling out.

Apparently, someone thinks that people will be looking in this pocket for stuff while sitting in the cockpit. Unfortunately, a.) left-handers will have their kneeboard covering this pocket and b.) when you sit, the fabric is pulled so tightly that you really can't reach in there to begin with.
