Yesterday, Foreign Policy's "Passport" published a few pictures from Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi's recent visit to Italy. Unusual for FP, they invited everyone to partake in a little caption contest based on this picture of Italian Equal Opportunities Minister Mara Carfagna reacting to...eh...something or other.I must admit, I'm a little disappointed that the people at FP couldn't come up with an amusing caption for this picture. I'm certain that the people at the Tucker Max Message Board would have a field day with this one.
