How is the UH-72A a 'major weapon' aicraft? It's a civilian helicopter made by a european firm, no weapons, civilian mechanics do all the maintenance, the AWR restricts it from performing most military flight TTP's. Sounds like OSCE just wants to stick their nose in our business.
