Weather back home

Just got a series of pictures in from a fan (okay, the only fan at this point) in Syracuse, NY.  This is what we in Upstate New York call "a light dusting":


By the time February or March rolls around, you won't be able to see the damn house...

That is what we call a dusting in Northern Ohio too. Funny, here in Virginia that amount of snow will cause a run on toilet paper and milk (never quite understood those two products connection with snow down here), schools, local, state and the federal government will be closed. However, all of us who grew up north of the Mason Dixon line will have already arrived at work by the time the cancellation call is made.
