For those well-versed on the COINdinista/COINtra debate, this article in The New Republic is kind of elementary, and throws in a bit too much partisan nonsense and not enough substance on the COIN/COINtra debate. Linking CNAS and the COIN debate solely with the Democratic Party kind of trivializes many of the important aspects of the COINdinista/COINtra debate.
