The fact that they have to hold formalized meetings, in person, *at the Booz offices* doesn't bode well.
It would be a lot cooler/telling/useful if they were hanneling organic innovation from 2LT's and SPCs up to Casey on a regular if not real time basis.
Right, the sooner we start leaning from the bottom the better things will get.
