Royal Navy Facepalm
It's been a bad week for the Royal Navy. First, the British are reeling from the news of drastic budget cuts, which might force them to share aircraft carriers with the US and France. Then, Britain's most advanced attack submarine, the HMS Astute, ran aground near the Isle of Skye on the morning of the 22nd.

You forgot to mention that the ship sent to recover the grounded sub was one that has been cut in this new budget and won't be in service within the year. Double facepalm.
To make this better the Royal Navy are actually helping provide media coverage with Tweets and interviews. The sub also ran aground in view of a bridge so there are spectators stopping to get a look at the stricken vessel which is the first in its class of attack boats.
